Trees and Water

My last post really made me think. About not wasting the good days when there are so few of them. This morning, my oldest daughter woke up with a sore throat and a headache. My youngest has been battling a cold all week. So I made an executive decision to play hookie from church. They went back to bed and I grabbed my camera and drove to a couple spots that I've been meaning to visit. The plan was to take pictures of the changing colours. I ended up taking more pictures of the creek but I did manage to get a few cool shots of some colourful trees. I even scoped out a new spot that I want to come back to. Maybe next weekend!
