Camera! Lights! Action!

 Tonight was finally the night!! The conditions were perfect. The weather was mild. The skies were clear. I grabbed my camera and drove a couple minutes north of town. 

It took a couple tries. At first, I couldn't seem to get my setting right, everything was turning out so dark! Then I realized I left the lens cap on! Whoops. After that, it was a matter of getting the focus cleaned up and taking the shot. 

And I was not the only one out there. Every turnout, every clear spot had at least one or two cars parked. It was kinda neat to see how many people turned out to witness and try to capture something pretty majestic. I'm just glad I finally got the opportunity to be there.

I took as many shots as I could before my hands got too cold. Next time I'm bringing gloves!
